Automated trading journal that syncs with your broker
TraderZone is the trading journal for traders who want a serious process: automatic sync, clear statistics, risk metrics and reports that show what actually moves your results — no spreadsheets, no manual work.
Free plan included · No card · Read-only API
What the TraderZone trading journal includes
Connect crypto accounts (Bybit, Binance and more via supported integrations), import or sync trades, tag strategies, write your entry and exit reasons, attach TradingView screenshots and track performance over time. Academy with certification and portfolio context live alongside your journal.
Why use a trading journal
Consistency comes from reviewing real data — not memory. A structured journal helps you spot patterns, fees, drawdown, win rate, profit factor and habits that spreadsheets rarely surface. Logging turns trading into a measurable process — and what is measured can be improved.
Key trading journal features
Automatic broker sync
Connect your Bybit, Binance or other supported broker and every trade lands automatically: price, size, fees, time, instrument. Zero copy-paste.
Stats that matter
Win rate, profit factor, expectancy, drawdown, R-multiple, equity curve, breakdown by pair and strategy. Metrics computed in your timezone, not the server’s.
Built-in risk management
Oversize alerts, session limits, stop-loss validation and tools to define how much to risk before each entry.
Backtesting and Bar Replay
Test your strategy on history with a TradingView-style experience: bar by bar, 11 indicators, values recomputed on the current candle.
Academy with certification
Spanish courses, exams and a verifiable certificate when you meet the criteria (active VIP/EXCLUSIVE, 6 months tenure, 100% lessons, 10 exams).
Smart Signals and portfolio analysis
Signals ranked by real performance and a portfolio view that crosses your journal with the market to spot opportunities and excesses.

Who is TraderZone for?
For crypto traders — Spanish-first — who already trade or want to start seriously: scalpers, day, swing and position. If you keep an Excel today, you’ll find the upgrade you’ve been looking for. If you keep nothing yet, this is the place to start right.
Trading journal frequently asked questions
- What is a trading journal?
- A structured log of every trade you make: instrument, price, size, time, entry/exit reason, outcome and lessons. Its purpose is to turn your trading into a measurable, improvable process — like an athlete logging every workout.
- How does broker sync work?
- You generate a read-only API key in your broker (it cannot move funds) and paste it into TraderZone. From that moment every closed trade lands automatically with price, size, fees and timestamps. No manual entry required.
- Is TraderZone only for crypto?
- It is currently optimized for crypto traders and the brokers we integrate. Forex and other markets are on the roadmap. Meanwhile you can manually upload trades for non-integrated assets.
- Do I have to enter trades manually?
- No. Three options: API sync, file import (CSV/Excel from broker) or manual entry if you prefer. Most users combine API + occasional manual entry for non-integrated assets.
- How is it different from Excel or Google Sheets?
- Excel forces you to type everything, doesn’t compute advanced metrics (drawdown, R-multiple, expectancy), doesn’t respect your timezone automatically and doesn’t scale. TraderZone syncs by itself, computes everything and surfaces patterns Excel rarely shows.
- Is it safe to connect my broker?
- Yes. The API keys we ask for are read-only: they can see your trades but not move funds. Keys are stored encrypted and you can revoke them from your broker at any time.
- How much does TraderZone cost?
- There is a free plan and paid plans (Journal, VIP, Exclusive) with academy, smart signals and advanced analysis. See the pricing page for current details.
- Can I migrate my Excel journal?
- Yes. We support file import for most brokers and common formats. If your Excel uses a custom format, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you map the columns.
